Due to an increased number of packages getting lost in transit for international orders, our international shipping policy has been updated effective Sep 7th, 2016. Please read the following notice prior to placing an order with us.

We use USPS First Class International to ship all orders placed from outside of the US. This is the cheapest and safest shipping option we can offer to our customers. Tracking is available for deliveries to limited countries, and USPS does not guarantee accurate tracking updates once your package departs US soil.

You may purchase Shipping Insurance for an addtional fee to be eligible for a full refund of the item price if your package goes missing. Without Insurance, you are NOT eligible for a refund. Original shipping fee is non-refundable.

If you purchased Insurance and you have reasons to believe your package went missing, prompty contact us via our Contact Form to initiate an inquiry. We will request a signed affidavit form from you to complete the refund process.

If your package goes missing in transit, you are required to get in touch with your local postal service provider. The Shipping Confirmation email is your proof of recipient. We recommend submitting this to your local postal establishment when you initiate an inquiry. We will work with you as best we can to locate the missing item, but generally we have no control over delivery issues that occur outside of the US.
