We use STRIPE for our primary transaction method which allows you to seamlessly complete your purchase on our site. Alternatively, you have the option to pay with Paypal Express. We accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB). All prices are in US dollar and are subject to change without notice.


Standard U.S. shipping will usually take 3-4 business days after your order has been processed. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped using USPS with tracking information. Shipping and handling is $7.00 flat for all domestic orders. Need it by tomorrow? Express shipping upgrade is available here for overnight guaranteed delivery.


Shipping and handling is $22.00 flat for all international orders. Delivery will generally take anywhere from 1 - 3 weeks after your order has been processed. OUR SHIPPING POLICY HAS CHANGED FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. PLEASE READ OUR SEPARATE GUIDE PAGE PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.

Duty fees

For international customers, you may be required to pay customs, duties, taxes and other misc. fees upon delivery. FRENCHIEWEAR is not responsible for these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office to verify details of these fees prior to placing an order with us. Please note, in rare occasions, delivery time may be delayed due to customs clearance.


Once you place an order with us, you will receive an order comfirmation email to the email address you enter during your checkout. If you do not receive this email, please kindly check your spam folder prior to contacting us. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a separate shipping notification email. These emails are your proof of purchase. Please do not delete them.

Exchange and Returns

If things don't work out, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Form to setup an inquiry. Item must be unworn, undamaged and in it's original packaging to be approved for exchange/return. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping fee incurred for exchange/return. Any returns past the required timeframe will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Sales and Offers

FRENCHIEWEAR may occasionally hold seasonal sales or offer coupon codes. These sales and offers will be announced randomly via our social media channels and or on the site. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any discount applied to your purchase with the use of a coupon code is not considered a sale.


All items are of limited quantity and are available on a first come first serve basis. Due to the nature of our garments being handcrafted, we may not be able to restock certain sold-out items. We'll be releasing a new design every couple months, so come check us out frequently.

Garment Care

We recommend that you wash the garment inside out on cold delicate wash and hang dry (Do not tumble dry!). Otherwise, follow the washing instruction label. Slight shrinking may occur. Lint rollers come in handy to remove excessive hair caught in the garment.

Saftey Instruction

As with use of any pet product, we ask that you keep an eye on your frenchie while he/she is wearing our clothes and accessories. Store garment away from reach of your human and furry children. Always remove and discard if torn or damaged to avoid choking hazards.
